WizzFit Add-on for Publisher 1.2 (Windows)

Overview:

This Microsoft Publisher add-on enables you to do a content aware image resizing. You can crop and scale a picture shape without loosing the important message in it. You can as well easily remove object in your picture without affecting the background. Effective resizing of images should not only use geometric constraints, but consider the image content as well. WizzFit use content-aware image resizing algorithm for both reduction and expansion. It can retarget the image to a new size and change the aspect ratio of an image. WizzFit can also be used for image content enhancement and object removal. WizzFit uses a new image resizing algorithm called Seam Carving (a method of image retargeting developed by Shai Avidan and Ariel Shamir) that tries to keep intact areas in your image that are richer in detail. WizzFit works in two modes: automatic or assisted. In automatic mode Wizzfit will study the original photograph, and rework it to a new size specified by your shape. In Assisted mode you can mark areas you don't want to be modified or mark areas you want to be removed (and filled by background pattern). And if needed you can even tweak parameters (Edge Detection algorithm, Mask Weight, Scaling algorithm).
