Plan multiple parties at no extra charge. Track all your guest information: B'nai Mitzvah keeps all your guest information in 1 safe place. Keep track of your guest's Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, number of adults and number of children, etc. Keep a list of Out of town guests, guests who need transportation, guest who need a hotel room. You can also keep detailed notes about each guest. RSVPS: Track RSVPs for multiple events. There is also an estimate feature where you can estimate and RSVP for each guest. Table Seating: Planning your tables has never been easier with B'nai Mitzvah. Simply highlight your guest and assign them a table number. You can even take a family and seat them at different tables. Want to seat the children at a different table from the adults or seat the women and men at different tables? No problem. With B'nai Mitzvah, it is a snap. Envelopes/Mailing Labels/Table Place Cards: You can print mailing labels, envelopes and table places directly from our software. You can also send data to ms word and select an Avery Label to print. Import / Export Your Data: You can import your guest's names and addresses from several formats including Excel, Outlook and a Comma Separated File (.csv). You can also export to Word, Excel or plain text. Reports: B'nai Mitzvah has over 100 reports to choose from. If you input it, you can print it.
