Overview:

George is an add in for PowerPoint 2007 that creates Word 2007 documents from PowerPoint files. George sends PowerPoint slides and notes directly to Word, building documents that include a title page, acknowledgements page, table of contents and pages containing the slides and notes being pulled over from PowerPoint. The documents created are Speaker Notes and Session Handouts. Users can select from 20 different page layout and document styles for Speaker Notes and 20 different page layout and document styles for Session Handouts; include their logo on the title page and their copyright and revision date on the acknowledgements page.The table of contents will reflect the topics and subtopics the user sets up, and the content pages will display the current topic and subtopic. Users can specify exactly what size they want their slide images to appear in the Word documents and whether or not they want frames around their slide images. If users make changes to their source PowerPoint file they can use George to update the Word documents that were created from the source file. And, for LeaderGuide Pro users, George will feed PowerPoint slides and notes directly into leader guides and participant guides as well as update those documents if changes are subsequently made to the source PowerPoint file.
