Overview:

Managing recipients and mailbox folder permissions has never been easier with U-BTech's ADDelegates. Delegate control, including the "Deliver meeting requests" setting, outlook folder permissions, Free/Busy options for controlling the time, subject and location details are now at your Active Directory MMC. One of the most common tasks of the Exchange server administrator is to control Exchange mailbox permissions and delegate control. Secretaries, managers & other business operations require custom permissions on mailbox folders: Inbox, Tasks, Notes and the Calendar including Free/Busy information and controlling meeting requests sending options. Don't you wish you and your helpdesk staff could have the ability to manage your Microsoft Exchange 2007 recipients as well as their Microsoft Outlook delegates? Are you in a situation where you have to remotely connect to mailboxes in your organization to give users the appropriate delegate permissions and configuration? Do you suspect helpdesk users have a lot more permissions than they require on organizational mailboxes? U-BTech's ADDelegates puts this control in your hands. Using the all new and revolutionary Exchange Web Services (EWS) interface available only in Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, you can give yourself and the helpdesk department exactly the permissions they need, no more no less, to appropriately configure Microsoft Outlook delegates for your organization's users and mailboxes while using the same simple and familiar Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC) MMC Snap-In. The installation is quite simple and absolutely does not affect the Active Directory Schema. Once the product has been installed it is accessed in the same fashion as all the previous built-in management tools using the ADUC snap-in. U-BTech's ADDelegates is supported in Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environments only, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 will be officially supported when the RTM is released.
