Overview:

Smart-Cam DXF is a low-cost, machine vision based, computerized measurement solution that uses photographic or video images, mathematics and image processing to generate DXF format CAD files for direct input to CAD software or a wide array of CNC machinery. Smart-Cam DXF supports multiple methods for image acquisition, calibration, and conversion of images into DXF files. The software supports 2 calibration modes (automatic and manual), a manual measurement mode for utility and verification purposes, and two functions to acquire an image, or load a disk file, and output a DXF file in real-world English or metric units, or any scale you desire.
