Overview:

A real time video server of high performance running over win32 or linux os. Captures live video streams from video input devices such as web cameras and digital camcorders through USB or IEEE 1394 firewire interface, encodes into Adobe shockwave flash (swf) streams or RTP streams such as H.263, H.263+, H.264 and MPEG-4 (IETF standards RFC 2190, RFC 2429, RFC 3984). These streams can then be published through the internet to web browsers using html embeded swf object, or to media players using RTSP and other streaming protocols. IP Video Surveillance Live enables you to easily achieve same top quality in live video applications such as security surveillance and webcasting, with low cost webcams or DVs than those costly professional devices.
