Overview:

The Phomart Templater utility helps you process groups of digital camera to become final web or print results. These automation tools are used for large quantities (batches) of camera images. Final print plates or web files are created using Photoshop layers within .PSD Templates. Layers can be added to a Template that will imprint logos, signatures, text information, frames, borders, overlays, or visual tags. Active layers within your Template .PSD file will guide the way that the final assembly is created allowing photographers to design their own Templates for sports imprinting, signature stamping, specialty watermarking, special effect portraiture, glamour shots, event photography, green-screening, inventory/insurance identification, gallery/directory publishing, and for ID badges. This can be accomplished with the Photoshop Engine and without ever having to use the dreaded GUI, rightfully feared by all. The idea behind our Templater is to save TIME, since the average 100 image batch of camera images requires THOUSANDS of manual GUI operations even with the best of pre-made Templates. You will find great satisfaction in watching your computer do 99.99% of the work. Photographers who must stamp their digital pictures in a consistent way need the Templater because it controls Photoshop to provide very beautiful and seamless layer integration with the camera image. Custom text is applied automatically through direct operator input, file or path information, or from a text data file. A full preview mode allows non-destructive editing of camera images (excellent for CDs or camera cards). The photographer can also choose to post-edit the final result while everything is still in layers, adjusting, correcting, or customizing them. The Templater utility remembers every processing Job and makes them available for later use in a tree-style menu. This is how the Photo Houses organize their Photo Job structures. The operator can quickly select, alter, or modify the settings and the Template, then run the entire batch again, especially important for sports and other event photography. With typical camera image batches and a moderate Template size, you can save 1000:1 in clicks per Job.
